עֵיגַל, עִיגְלָא, עִג׳, עֶגְ׳m. = h. עֵגֶל, calf. Targ. Lev. 9:2, sq. (ed. Lsb. עֲגַל). “Targ. Ex. 32:24; a. fr.Y.Snh.VII, end, 25d נחת ואתעביד חד עגל (the pebble) fell down and turned into a calf.
